From the mountains and streams of Tennessee to the sand and waves of Florida, Rick moved to Fifth Avenue Baptist Church in July of 2016.  In his over 40 years of ministry, he served churches in Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee before coming to FAB as Pastor of Administration and Education.  Passionate about people and their needs, the move here was a natural fit.  In his free time, Rick enjoys the pleasures of St. Petersburg like good food and the beautiful beaches.  Grateful for an amazing family including his wife Denise, 2 children, and 3 grandchildren, Rick’s heart is to serve Jesus and share His love.
